Editorial responsibility
The Your Tax Dollar editorial team reviews every article before publication. Research and drafting may use AI assistance; published claims link to original evidence. AI-generated illustrations are labelled as illustrations and satire, rather than documentary photographs. A funny or unusual project is not automatically wasteful.
Evidence and corrections
We distinguish budgets, commitments, loan amounts and expenditure. Our calculations state their assumptions and exclusions. If you spot an error, contact us. We review every correction and update the article with a note explaining what changed.
